- It may take up to three weeks for us to restock some of the out of stock items. Just keep checking back or sign up to get notified when the item is back in stock!
- What types of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We also accept PayPal to handle payments but you don’t need to have a PayPal account or need to sign up for one to buy from thinkfuntoys.
- Will my payment be secure when I order from you?
- All orders are 100% secure. We use 256 bit data encryption to secure all your sensitive information. If you choose to checkout with PayPal, they will handle all of the payments. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
- Where do you ship to?
- We ship to anywhere in the United States for FREE!!! We also ship to international buyers but there will be a $10 shipping charge.
- What does the package look like?
- When will my order arrive to me?
- Your order leaves our warehouse within one business day. Usually it should take about 2 to 5 days before your order arrives to you. We use USPS to handle all of our shipments. For international buyers, shipping times will be a bit longer.
- Where are you located?
- We are located in Union City, CA.
- Can I send the item back for a refund or exchange?
- Yes you can. We allow full refund or exchange for orders made within 30 days of purchase. Please read our return policy for more information.
- How long have you been around?
- We have been around since 2008. Currently we have over 10000 orders from our customers.

- Can I get a sneak peek of how the items are stored in the warehouse?
- Our products are stored in containers that are completely sealed. Everything is kept free from dust, spiders, and other things you might find in other warehouses.
