- I want to buy an item but it's out of stock.
- It may take up to three weeks for us to restock some of the out of stock items. Just keep checking back or sign up to get notified when the item is back in stock!
- What types of payment do you accept?
- Currently we use PayPal to handle payments but you don’t need to have a PayPal account or need to sign up for one to buy from thinkfuntoys. All major credit cards are also accepted.
- Will my payment be secure when I order from you?
- All orders are 100% secure. PayPal will handle all of our payments and therefore we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
- Where do you ship to?
- We ship to anywhere in the United States for FREE!!! Currently we do not ship to international buyers.
- What does the package look like?
- When will my order get to me?
- Your order leaves our warehouse within one business day. Usually it should take about 2 to 5 days before your order arrives to you.
- Where are you located?
- We are located in San Leandro, CA.
- Can I send the item back for a refund or exchange?
- Yes you can. We allow full refund or exchange for orders made within 30 days of purchase. Contact us here if you have any questions.
